Ever wonder why shooting with me is such a good time? I’m laid back but directive. I’m a master at candids and at getting that shot your grandma will want to put on her mantel to show off to all of her friends. I’m fun and personable without being distracted. I’m organized without being stressed. I will make sure your day goes according to plan. I’ll straighten out those rowdy groomsmen and make sure every detail is perfect. I love getting to know you, your bridal party and your guests. I’ve also been known to shed a few (alligator) tears.

Take it from someone who is attended and documented well over 100 weddings and also been a bride myself-choosing a wedding photographer is among the most important decisions you’ll make. You’ll be spending more time with your photographer on your big day than any other vendor, so you should not only trust them, but you should enjoy being around them too.

When can I expect my photos back?
Engagement sessions have a 2 week turn around time and weddings are 8-16 weeks.
What about my engagement session?
You can do your engagement session whenever you would like! Save the dates should go out about 6 months before your wedding so take that into consideration too. You’re welcome to a couple outfit changes too. I have tons of locations but we can go where ever you’d like. Anywhere within 20 minutes in Ionia. Anywhere else is a $50 charge.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! I’ll go anywhere in Michigan and I take on a few destination weddings per year. Anywhere within 60 minutes of Ionia is included. Further distances are subject to a .75 per mile travel fee.
Whats the next step?
I’d love to schedule an over the phone consultation to chat more! The next step would be going over and signing your wedding contract. Pay a $650 retainer fee to seal in your wedding date. The remaining amount isn’t due until 12 weeks before your wedding date. If you’re undecided on your package now, that's okay! The dretainer fee will cover both.
What is your preferred payment method?
I prefer a check or cash, but can do PayPal or credit/debit cards.
What is your Covid-19 cancellation policy?
As we will review in your contract, deposits are non-refundable due to cancellations. For weddings needing to reschedule, as long as I have the date available, your deposit is transferred to your new date. No need for a second deposit and there is no rescheduling fee. The pandemic has called for all of us to be flexible so I just ask you communicate with me as much as possible so we can reschedule vs. cancel.
